About the Swim League:
Lakewood is part of the Suburban Swim League (SSL). The season is 6 weeks long, with 6 meets and 1 championship weekend (champs on Sat./end of season party on Sun.)

- Oak Tree Farm Lightening (OTF)
- Winnsboro Waves (WBW)
- Winterset Sharks (WST)
- Raintree Rays (RAYS)
Each team hosts “home” and attends “away” meets.

Swimmer Expectations and Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct promotes respect, positivity, and safety for all swimmers. All participants must review and sign the document by the first day of practice to ensure alignment with team values.

Age Requirements and Restrictions
Swimmers must be no younger than 7 years old by August 1st and no older than 19 years old by August 1st.
